If this happens, we'll contact you quickly to work out a mutually agreeable solution. Don't forget, we have many events throughout the year, so there will always be another opportunity for adventure.
Confirmation and invoicing: After you make a booking, you will initially receive an automated booking confirmation and invoice. Please note this initial invoice may not include the correct tax details. For accurate accounting, we will send you a revised invoice via email within a few days of your booking.
